Refunds will be issued in Australian Dollars at the current exchange rate. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Aboriginal Dreamtime Arts & Boomerang will cover the cost of shipping for exchanges involving items of equal or lesser value.

All of our products are designed in our studio located in West Wyalong, NSW, Australia. We strive to use Australian-sourced materials wherever possible and are committed to your complete satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied, we guarantee a refund.

For orders outside of Australia, import duties and taxes may apply once the package reaches your country. Aboriginal Dreamtime Arts & Boomerang does not collect these fees and cannot estimate the costs. If applicable, you will be responsible for paying these charges to clear customs. Please consult your local customs office for more information.

Orders over $150 qualify for free shipping within Australia. For orders under $150, a $20 postage fee applies Australia-wide. Orders over $300 qualify for free international shipping, while a $40 postage fee applies for orders under $300.

Orders are processed within two business days of receipt and shipped via Australia Post. Please allow approximately 14 days for delivery within Australia and up to 28 days for international deliveries. Delivery times are estimates and may vary beyond our control once your package is with Australia Post.
