Postage
How much is postage?
- All orders over $150 within Australia ship for free.
- For orders under $150, a flat postage fee of $20 applies within Australia.
- All international orders over $300 ship for free.
- For international orders under $300, the postage fee is $40.
Why do I need to pay postage for small items?
Due to rising postage costs, we’ve introduced flat rates that represent the average cost of shipping our various items. Don’t forget, that domestic orders over $150 and international orders over $300 qualify for free shipping!
When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 2 business days and shipped via Australia Post. Delivery usually takes around 14 days within Australia and up to 28 days internationally. For any queries about your order, please email DaCooper7@hotmail.com.
Note: These delivery times are estimates and are subject to postal service conditions beyond our control.
Will I have to pay import duties or taxes on my order?
If you’re outside Australia, your order may be subject to duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. We do not collect these fees and cannot predict the amount. These charges must be paid for your package to clear customs. For specific details, please contact your local customs office.
How will my order be shipped?
Orders are securely packed at our West Wyalong studio and shipped via Australia Post.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, express shipping is available upon request for an additional fee. Please email DaCooper7@hotmail.com with your order details and delivery address, and we’ll provide you with a quote.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information. If you have any further questions, email DaCooper7@hotmail.com with your order number, and we’ll assist you.
What happens if I’m not home to receive my order?
If you’re unavailable for delivery, or your package is oversized, Australia Post (or your local carrier) will leave a notification with instructions on how to retrieve your parcel.
Can I have my order delivered to my workplace?
Yes, we recommend using your work address for high-value orders to ensure someone is available to receive them. We can also deliver to PO Boxes.
What if I’ve entered the wrong delivery address?
Contact us immediately at DaCooper7@hotmail.com or call (+61) 4 2385 0786. If your order has already shipped, we won’t be able to change the address, and any returned parcels due to incorrect details will incur new delivery charges before being re-sent.
Returns & Exchange
What if I change my mind?
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be in new condition, with tags attached. Please return the item via registered mail to:

Refunds will be processed in Australian dollars at the current exchange rate (shipping fees are non-refundable).
What if the size is wrong?
We’re happy to exchange an item for a different size, as long as it’s in stock. Please email DaCooper7@hotmail with your order number and the size you need. We will cover the shipping cost for items of the same or lesser value.
What if my items are damaged?
We take care to package your orders securely, but if anything arrives damaged, please email us at DaCooper7@hotmail.com with your order number. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
Payment Details
Are my payment details secure?
Yes, your payment details are protected as we only use secure methods for transactions. Please note, we do not store any credit card information.
Will I be charged any transaction fees?
All payments are made in Australian dollars (AUD). If you are paying from outside Australia, your bank may apply currency conversion fees or other charges. Check with your bank for more information.
How do I pay using PayPal?
We currently accept payments via direct bank transfer only. We do not use Stripe or PayPal for transactions.
Gifts
Can I send an order as a gift?
Yes, just use the recipient’s address as the delivery address. We don’t offer gift wrapping, so the package will arrive as a regular order. You may want to inform the recipient to expect a parcel. Prices won’t be displayed on the paperwork included with the order.
